Resolution 5068(64) - To approve an Engagement Agreement with Organization Development Consultants (ODC) to implement the Mayor's Task Force on racism, social injustice, diversity and inclusion. D. Resolution 5069(65) - To consider approving the adoption of an updated Five-Year Financial Management Plan. E.
