RESOLUTIONS: A. Resolution 5134(43) - To Petition the Secretary of Transportation for Airport Improvement Aid by the Common Council of the City of Burlington, Racine and Walworth Counties, Wisconsin. B. Resolution 5135(44) - To approve the City of Burlington Fire Department's application for the FEMA FY2021 AFG Grant for extrication equipment. C. Resolution 5136(45) - To approve Reduction Number Three to the Letter of Credit for the roadway, sanitary sewer and water main utility infrastructure improvements for the Glen at Stonegate Subdivision, Addition No. II. D. Resolution 5137(46) - To approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Burlington and Municipal Code Enforcement LLC for Code Enforcement Services.
ORDINANCES: A. Ordinance 2074(10) - Repealing Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code for the City of Burlington relating to the Health Department, and providing for the deletion and/or substitution of references to "Health Officer" and Health Department as they appear in the Code.
MOTIONS: A. Motion 21-1016 - To consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish property located at 617/625 N. Pine Street. B. Motion 21-1017 - To consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for property located at 120 W. Chestnut Street. C.
