This item is continued from the April 9, 2024 Plan Commission meeting.

Public Hearing and Consideration to approve a Conditional Use application from Kim Godden for property located at 111 Schemmer Street, to allow for residential quarters for employees in association with an ambulance service, subject to Lakota’s and Fire Departments’ memorandums to the Plan Commission.
7.B. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a Rezone Map Amendment application from Matt Jellings for property located at 273 McHenry Street Drive to rezone from B-3, Professional Office District to Rs-3, Single-Family Residential District, subject to Lakota’s memorandum to the Plan Commission.
7.C. Public Hearing and Consideration to approve a Conditional Use Permit from Isaiah Gray for property located at 2548 S. Teut Road, to allow for a veterinarian clinic and indoor boarding of animals, subject to Lakota’s memorandum to the Plan Commission.
7.D. Consideration to approve a Site Plan application from Isaiah Gray for property located at 2548 S. Teut Road, to construct a new veterinary clinic, subject to Lakota’s, Kapur & Associates’, and Fire Departments’ memorandums to the Plan Commission.
