Discussion of a Preliminary Plat application from Daniel Szczap, on behalf of Bear Development, for property located adjacent to the Burlington Manufacturing and Office Park (Schaefer Farms Development) for a proposed subdivision, subject to Lakota’s and Kapur & Associates’ memorandums to the Plan Commission.
