7.B. Consideration for a Final Plat application from Daniel Szczap, on behalf of Bear Development, for property located on Browns Lake Drive (River Glen Subdivision) for a proposed subdivision, subject to Lakota’s and Kapur & Associates’ memorandums to the Plan Commission.
7.C. Follow-up discussion regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
