Resolution 5427(40) - To approve an Exchange Agreement between the City of Burlington and the Burlington Area School District for the transfer of property located at 632 Hillside Drive and a portion of property located at 195 Gardner Street, and authorize the City Administrator to execute all necessary documents to complete the transaction.
